Q. How do I contact the Visimetrics Technical Support department directly? A. Call us on +44 (0) 845 850 7770. This is our dedicated technical support line and is charged at the normal local rate.
Q. I've forgotten the password to allow me access to my Visimetrics DVR... A. While infront of the system in question, call us on +44 (0) 845 850 7770 and we will reset your password.
Q. Why can't I gain access to the members section of the Visimetrics website? A. The member section of the Visimetrics website is reserved for existing Visimetrics Installers and End Users only. We are aiming to keep this section of our site as secure as possible as here we include details of special offers, technological advances and exclusive news. Should you require additional information to that found in the general pages of our website, please feel free to contact us.
