A. OCTAR System range is a non-upgradeable system providing all the functionality of the Compact range but over 16 channels. The System Plus range offers additional video management capabilities with loop-through, auto-terminating, spot and sequenced monitor outputs and RS485 capability for direct telemetry control.

A. All OCTAR products supplied directly by Visimetrics will have an IP address of 192.168.0.100. (Where multiple OCTAR’s are supplied on a single order the IP address assignment will run consecutively upwards from 192.168.0.100 to the number of system within the order). As a configurable option OCTAR can be assigned an IP address via DHCP.
